You can wash your system normally just like your natural hair by using shampoo and conditioner specially formulated for hair extensions. It is extremely important that you thoroughly dry your system after washing to prevent any tangling.

We only ever recommend using high quality 100% real human hair. The hair we use is Russian & Mongolian origin and can last for up to a year with the correct aftercare.

Your hair can still continue to grow as normal due to the special hypoallergenic mesh letting your scalp breathe. The only cause for hair not growing back is that the follicles are dormant. Everyone sheds dead hair naturally (around 150 strands a day) so any hair that comes out at your maintenance appointment is perfectly normal.
