Our gel polishes and acrylics will last for up to four weeks and dry instantly, meaning that you’ll never have to worry about chipping, smudging, or scratches. They are ideal for those who want to grow their natural nails, transforming them from weak and brittle to strong and healthy. If you have a specific design in mind that you want to recreate, then our nail technicians are always more than happy to use their expertise to bring your vision to life.
Gel nails are a popular nail treatment here at Halo Nail Salon. Gel polish on average will last 3-4 weeks with the correct aftercare. Our polish has a stunning mirror finish that is resistant to chipping.
When you visit our salon in Newport Pagnell in Milton Keynes, we will firstly prep your nails by filing and shaping. A base coat will be applied, followed by gel polish, and finished with a top coat. In between each coat, you will place your nails under a UV lamp for 30-60 seconds, curing them instantly. You do not need to worry about smudging or ruining your nails when you leave our salon.
To make your gel nails last, we recommend wearing rubber gloves when cleaning the house or washing the dishes. Adding cuticle oil will also help maintain your nails and make the polish last longer.
We recommend returning back to the salon where we will soak off the gel polish and treat your nail beds with vitamin oils.
